What we are really looking for is people who are proactive, comfortable working with product data, and understand what makes a great customer experience.

Role:

• Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator and Graphic designing software (Canva, Crello)
• Develop, implement and manage our social media strategy
• Maintain website – WordPress (WooCommerce), Magento, or Shopify
• Coordinate and manage the creation of all digital content such as website, blogs, press releases and podcasts, infographics, videos etc. 
• Establish the web presence 
• Work to improve the brand presence
• An ability to multitask and perform under tight deadlines
• Handle inbound and outbound calls to customers
• Excellent verbal & written communication skills and fluency in English
