Returns & Refund Policy

Customer satisfaction is very important to us, and we want to make your shopping experience as pleasant as possible. We stand behind our products 100% and we’re confident that the design, quality and safety of our merchandise will meet your expectations.

RETURN EXCHANGES

Please choose your purchases carefully as we do not provide a refund if you have changed your mind. For furniture we recommend that you check dimensions to ensure they are the right size for your space and access doorways before completing your purchase. In the event that there are any concerns upon receiving your order, please contact us promptly to resolve the issue by contacting Ph. 021 151 0142 or alternatively email us on sales@livingspace.co.nz

  • If for any reason you believe the product is damaged upon delivery which you have ordered or the incorrect items have been delivered, please get in touch with us as soon as possible and we will work with you to arrange a replacement, refund or credit. Damaged items must be reported within 24 hours of delivery. Please email us at sales@livingspace.co.nz to begin the process. In this email we will need your order number or invoice number and for you to clearly state what is faulty with the product along with the photos of the damaged product. 
  • Please retain all original packaging if you would like to return an item. Items without packaging will be subject to a restocking fee starting at 15% of original purchase price, determined upon the item return to our store.
  • Shipping and handling costs are not refundable, unless the item received is damaged, defective or incorrect.
  • If you are exchanging for an item, which you paid for shipping on, your shipping fees will not be refunded. Additionally, if the requested exchange item has shipping fees, you will be responsible for those as well.
  •  If your order is damaged in transit, please photograph the damage and report this to the delivery driver.  The carrier will return your product back to the store to be replaced.
  • Please note exchanges or returns are only available where the product is returned in a like new condition. Products that have scratches, stains, damages, drilling or any other modifications will not be returnable.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS & CHANGES
Orders placed Online are considered final and cannot be altered or cancelled. If you need help with an order, please contact 021 151 0142. Refunds if applicable will be processed using the original tender type. EFTPOS/Credit Card refunds will only be processed against the original card details (the exact card used to make the original purchase).

No cancellation or refund applicable for any customized order of furniture, carports, patio, pergola etc. and any deposit made for customized orders are non refundable.
